Hearth and Harvest Bakery We are a local home-based bakery, selling at farmer's markets and local retail establishments. We also welcome custom orders for business and private events.

We specialize in a variety of scones, biscotti, and cookies. We're known for our Best ever Peanut, Pecan and Cashew Brittles. We even dabble in baked doggie treats for those who only want the best for their furry family members.

Starting the first week of December, I will be creating my "Best Ever" Peanut, Pecan and Cashew Brittles as well as my Candied Pecans and Pumpkin Rolls. Send me a PM for prices if you'd like to order some for the holidays. My sister-in-law gets a pumpkin roll, slices it and then puts it in the freezer and takes out a slice whenever she's hungry for something sweet. She said she wants to make it last as long as she can. That's how good they are!

It's that time of year! Come see me this Saturday at the Quirk Cultural Center, 2310 2nd St. Cuyahoga Falls. Do some early holiday shopping at the 2018 Holiday Artisan Craft Fair, sponsored by the Summit Lapidary Club. I'll have my Best Ever Brittles. There will be Peanut, Pecan and Cashew and new this year, I'll have my Candied Pecans that are to die for! The show will also have high quality jewelry, pottery, carvings, fabric arts, local honey, knitted and crochet items and more!
The show is from 10am to 4pm. Free Parking, Free Admission and Handicap Accessible. See you Saturday!!

Took a few weeks off but getting itchy now to try some new recipes. I'm thinkin peach cobbler, peach cake and all things peaches this week. I'm experimenting with different herbs like rosemary to put with the peaches. I'll let you know how they turn out.

Our church has a senior citizen luncheon once a month and I'm going to be making my award winning...(imagine me trying to be humble here - ) Apple/Rhubarb pies. Also spending some time today making a cookie tray for my good friend's piano recital tomorrow. Just trying to decide which ones to make.
