Ordering process & Pickup/Delivery policy explained below! ⬇️
Information needed:
•What date would you like your order?(24hr notice please!)
•What type of desserts would you like?
•How many dozen/boxes were you looking for?
•What color/flavor would you like?
•Do you want drizzle, sprinkles, toppings, or a combination?
•Phone number in case I can’t get ahold of you?
Pickup Policy:
•Pickup is typically available in New Hartford between 9:00am-11am, but is subject to change and completely flexible for party orders.
•Please message the color me of your car when you’re on your way to pick up, to ensure I bring the correct order out to you 😊
•If you’re running more than 20 minutes later than the agreed upon time, please message me! I will hold your order for up to 8 hours.
•If there’s no successful contact and you’re more than 45 minutes late for pickup, your order will be forfeited and possibly resold to ensure freshness and quality.
•If I can’t make contact by the night before your order, I will not begin making it until I hear from you. This means I may not have your order ready for the time you expected(or at all), as I make everything completely fresh the morning of your order!

Delivery Policy
•Free delivery within 15 minutes of Utica
•Delivery typically begins at 11:30am and is available until 3:30pm, but is subject to change and completely flexible for party orders.
•I’ll reach out 1-2 days before your order to double confirm, get an address, and schedule a time.
•If I can’t make contact by the night before your order, I will not begin making it until I hear from you. This means I may not have your order ready for the time you expected(or at all), as I make everything completely fresh the morning of your order.
•If no contact is made and it’s 45 minutes past your scheduled delivery time, your order will be forfeited.
•If the agreed upon time doesn’t work, please let me know as soon as possible so I can accommodate your schedule!
•Want no-contact delivery? Just send me a picture of where to place your order
Payment FAQ
•I only accept cash or Cashapp
•I do not accept pre-payment
•$10 deposit required on orders over $100(deducted from total cost)
