What a fun cake for a fun birthday surprise! I couldn’t help but giggle as I was decorating it! The cake was a moist vanilla cake with vanilla bean buttercream cream and the cupcakes were dark chocolate cupcakes packed with chopped chocolate and a whipped chocolate buttercream!

Any time I get to use one of my mom’s recipes for a cake order it is my favorite. It was my favorite buttermilk carrot cake with rich cream cheese frosting finished off with a textured look and fun gold splatter!

As of April 14th, I am fully booked until the middle of June. I am so thankful to everyone that has gotten their orders in and appreciate everyone willing to wait! I do however plan on doing flash sales when timing will allow. I am balancing life with a 6 month old while also trying to grow Bake Me Crazy. Thank you so much and keep an eye out for the flash sales!
