Grab your fresh bread at Thomas Mercantile! I just dropped off a couple loaves. Did you know that sourdough is one of the best kinds of bread you can eat? It's richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than bread made with baker's yeast. Also it’s my favorite! ❤️
