Looking for a Baker / Pastry Chef in Lewes....
The shift starts at 2 AM. I know… that’s early.
This isn’t for someone looking for an easy paycheck or thinking you’re just going to come in and make a few cookies.
This is a real French bakery. A full-scale bakery where we work hard, work as a team, drink plenty of coffee, and make everything from scratch. It’s hot, it’s busy, and yeah… it smells pretty amazing.
I’m looking for someone who likes to work, shows up, doesn’t constantly call out, takes pride in what they do, and actually wants to learn. You don’t need to know everything—I can teach you a lot. But you need to bring the right attitude, some passion, and the willingness to be part of a real team.
In a bakery, every person matters.
