Hi everybody! This is LOOONNG overdue, but we'd like to introduce ourselves! My name is Gracie Rowlette and that handsome man next to me is my fiance, Karson Athey. He and I are getting married at the end of the month, hence the lack of social media on our part this last month or two.
I do the baking, business and social media end of things. Karson is my market setup wizard and display guy. Seriously, the decor set-up y'all always compliment, is all him.
The Dog Ear Baking Co has been around since September 2024. We started accepting orders in December 2024, and had our first market in April 2025. Since then we've done 15 markets, and we have plenty more on the books.
So now that you know a little more about us, you're probably wondering... What's next? Well, when things calm down for us personally in April, we plan to get some new menu items in the works that are more on theme for our bookish vibe.
