Pandan is one of my favorite flavors, but a lot of people don't seem to know it.

Pandan is a leaf used in many Southeast Asian countries. It's a delicious, slightly nutty green flavor that's smooth like vanilla. It also goes amazing with coconut.

Come see Croak and Bush this Friday at Lakeside Market and try a pandan cream puff.

"Why don't you make cakes?"

I get asked this a lot, and the answer is simple. To make cakes you need 2 things: a delicious cake and a beautiful cake.

I can make you a delicious cake, but not a beautiful one. Sure from a distance it looks nice, but up close, you'll see all the flaws.

My friends and family don't mind, but I could never in good conscience sell them. So instead, I refer them to people who can do both.

Croak and Bush will be back at Lakeside Market on March 13th!
