Mad Hatter cake and Alice smash cake for a Onederland birthday. Lemon cake with raspberry filling. Raspberry cake with lemon filling. So fun. All edible except the candle and the handle on the teacup.

The best wheat bread ever. 220 g whole wheat flour. 220 g white flour. 31 g honey. 31 g avocado oil. 1 egg. 280 g warm water. Mix all together in the bowl of a stand mixer, using a dough hook. Let rest 20 minutes. Add 10 g yeast and 10 g salt. Mix thoroughly with mixer. Then mix on medium high for 10 minutes. Let rise till double. Don't let it ovenproof. Turn into lightly floured surface. Shape into loaf and place on parchment paper into loaf pan. Let rise till a finger poked into dough leaves an indent. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
