Tomorrow will be my first day at the Northeast Rockford Farmers Market now that school is out!

My menu:
Old fashioned doughnuts
Old fashioned doughnut holes
Raspberry doughnuts
Strawberry doughnuts
Blueberry scones
Raspberry scones
Strawberry rhubarb breakfast cake slices
Blueberry breakfast cake slices
Mini banana bread
Mini cinnamon sweet bread
Cinnamon rolls

Like I've said before, we eat what I bake. Today I made pancakes for breakfast. I used the 1 cup mix which made 6 pancakes for us, and I swapped out the butter for veggie oil.

I'm enjoying them this morning and wanted to share with you how fluffy they are. The bottom pancake will soak up some syrup, but shouldn't get soggy and mushy.

I'll be bringing the following to the market tomorrow:

White bread (2 loaves)
Italian bread (3 loaves)

Cinnamon twist bread (6 loaves with 8 ounces of cinnamon icing)

Three 3-count pans of cinnamon rolls
Dry Pancake mix
Dry Waffle Mix
Strawberry breakfast cake slices
Strawberry rhubarb breakfast cake slices
Lemon blueberry bundt cake slices with a lemon glaze

I cut open both of my white bread loaves so you can see the crumb. I have 2 loaves available!

Now that school's out, I have time to bake all the bread! I'll let you know what I get accomplished today and what's available for the Dixon Dixon Farmers Market tomorrow!
