Surgery on Friday morning went well and has been much easier this time around (gallbladder was last year). I will not be doing any markets during the rest of this month or October.

I have two markets in November! The first one is November 7th as the Davis Community Center in Mount Carroll with their holiday market. The second one is at Immanuel Lutheran School in Freeport on November 14th. Hopefully I'll see you all there!

Tomorrow is my last market until November! I'll be at Plum Creek Club on Palmyra Road (across from the Palmyra Pub).

I'll have:
Mini Almond Bread
Mini Blueberry Sweet Bread
6 count bags of Buttermilk Biscuits (2 inch rounds and full of layers)
Small loaves of Italian Bread (these are not baked in a pan like my mini breads are)
Regular loaves of White Bread
Slices of Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Slices of Apple Cider Bundt Cake

Those who see me at Lake Carroll...I will be there Saturday! It will be my last day there. I have an order that I'll be delivering to a small business in Princeton for their grand opening on the 12th.

I will have one last vendor market in Dixon on Sunday the 13th at Plum Creek Club on Palmyra Road. I'll be having surgery September 18th and won't bake for a month while I heal up. It's nothing major, but similar muscles took months to heal up after my gallbladder surgery.

The next vendor market is November 7th at the Davis Community Center! I can't wait for all the holidays coming up!

Instead of being at markets this weekend, I'm taking care of things at our house and supporting my students. Today is the parade at Amboy Depot Days. Tomorrow I'll be back down here for 3 on a Tree, the car show, and to hear who has won the big 50/50 jackpot.

I'm also working on 3 different orders between all the things we're doing down here lol. I baked bread for us, made homemade tomato soup from tomatoes in our garden, made biscuits, and completed one of the three orders (peanut butter blossom cookies).

Good morning everyone! Orders are back open if you'd like to make one. Make sure you give me at least a week before you need it so I can plan out my baking.

I have decided to spend time with my mom and nephew this Saturday instead of being at the market in Lake Carroll. I will be back up next weekend, August 29th.
