It’s been a while since I have posted any cakes, but here’s the most recent one I made for my husbands retirement reception. Cake is a triple layer lemon blueberry with cream cheese buttercream filling, covered in vanilla buttercream. All made from scratch.

Had the opportunity to make a 50th birthday cake for one of my favorite people. Top tier is 3 layers of strawberry cake with fresh strawberries in the cake filled with strawberry compote decorated in Swiss meringue buttercream. Bottom tier is chocolate cake filled with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated in vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Thank you Catalina Aguinaga for trusting me with your birthday cake!!
