Hello Cupcake Friends,

A lot of you follow my being Libby page and if you do, this is old news for you. For the rest of you, I realized that I never shared here a big announcement I made over there a couple of weeks ago. So...

I have started a new job working more full time in Interior Design, which is my background. With this new change in our family life, I have decided to step away from baking. While this was not an easy decision, I am very much looking forward to having more separation between work and family life, which is hard to do when you’re running a business primarily from home! I will still post the occasional cake for close friends and family over at beingLibby so feel free to follow there. I also plan to do some tutorial videos on cupcake and cake decorating in the future. I’ve learned so much in the last 9 years of business and I have enjoyed teaching classes and appearing on tv, I really want to share my tips and tricks with you all in an easily accessible format. So stay tuned for that!

Finally, thank you so much for the years of support you have shown me and my small business. It has been a joy and true privilege to be a part of your special days. If you see me around town, don’t be a stranger, say “Hi!” ☺️ Again, THANK YOU!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 It’s been quite the ride!

I will be at Art in the Park today in Dilworth from 3-8 p.m. in the field across from the Dilworth Community Center. You can’t miss it. Just look north off highway 10 as you’re coming into town from Fargo-Moorhead. On the menu is 🥛Cookies and Cream, 🍪Cookie Dough, 🍋Lemon Head, 🍑Peaches and Cream, and 🦈Vanilla Bean Shark Attack. I’ll also have a few varieties of cookies available as well as my hand lettered cards. There are around 40 other crafty, hand made, vendors there plus several food trucks so come say hi and grab some goodies! Happy Loco Days! 🤪🧁🍪

The Kid’s Cupcake Summer Camp class this week at Square One was SO MUCH FUN! I’m always impressed with the kids’ creativity and imagination in decorating. One student even had a storyline with her cupcakes! 😍🦖 This class we’re also excellent bakers already. That made my job easy. Way to go boys and girls!! 💗🧁

Good morning! I have two classes up on Square One’s website coming up in July. Both of them are the same Kids Cupcake Summer Camp! Each class is completed over two days where your little baker will participate in the entire process of cupcake making from measuring to baking to decorating.
