One thing you need to know about me is that I'm not an "all or nothing" mom. I often describe myself as stale. Crunchy, but like a bag of your favorite chips that sat out a day too long.

I just put a tater tot casserole in the oven. Did I make my own cream of chicken soup for the recipe? Absolutely. Did I add lentils to my ground beef to sneak some fiber in my family? Sure did!! But was I 100% craving frozen tots from Aldi's freezer section? You betcha. And I won't feel guilty about feeding it to my kids.

That's so much of why I offer what I do. Free of synthetic dye ALWAYS. No seed oils in 99% of my products. Freshly fluffed brown sugar and made with so much love. But at the end of the day, it's still sugar. It's still dessert. It's still tasty breakfast pastries. Because life should be about balance and everyone should maintain a healthy relationship with food. Let me help you take the guess work out of searching labels and fretting over ingredients. Let me help you have your cake, and eat it too!

I made the absolute most perfect loaf of rustic bread last night. Over three years into this journey and I'm still learning more each day!

I cannot WAIT for Saturday's market. (Our biggest of the season). The weather looks insanely gorgeous. There will be so many exciting vendors and activities. My fridge is busting at the seams.

My lineup includes:

We will also have a "Small Biz Breakfast Basket" at the raffle table which will include: A bag of Britton Coffee, Pickle's Pantry funfetti pancake mix, Pickle's Pantry scones, and some adorable fixings like coffee syrup, mugs, utensils, etc!

At my last market, scones sold out within the first hour (if that) and brownies sold out within the first two. Be sure to get there early! 11am-5pm at Double Vision Acres in Carlisle :)
