❤️ Closing One Chapter & Beginning Another ❤️

After a lot of thought, I have made the decision to close this chapter of my life and move forward into a new one — and while closing Easy Sweets Bakery is bittersweet, I am incredibly excited for what comes next.

This little space has been such a huge part of my life. I have poured my heart, time, energy, and so many memories into it, and I am so grateful to every single person who has supported me along the way. Whether you bought a cupcake, a cheesecake, a sandwich, a coffee, or simply shared one of my posts — thank you. You helped make this possible. ❤️

With the next chapter approaching, I have spent a lot of time taste testing, following, and watching other bakers in our community because I wanted to find the right person to take over the little space I built.

I actually reached out to this person personally because I truly believe they have an incredible opportunity and the potential to thrive here. 🥰

They are NOT buying Easy Sweets Bakery. Instead, they will be moving their own beautiful bakery into this space. They will make their own announcement when they are ready, so I won't steal their thunder just yet! 😉

But there is one very special piece of Easy Sweets that I am so happy to see continue...

My cheesecake recipe will live on through her. ❤️

I will be training her on my cheesecake process, and the wholesale locations I worked so hard to build relationships with will continue to be stocked. That honestly makes my heart so happy — knowing that something I created will continue on even after I close this chapter.

Beginning Monday, we will be open 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday, through October 23rd — or until we completely sell out of inventory.

Everything will be 20% OFF!

If you have an Easy Sweets gift card, now is the time to use it. The new bakery will not be accepting Easy Sweets gift cards, so please make sure you use yours before we close.

The new bakery will also not be continuing our sandwiches, so if you've been putting off getting one of your favorites, these next few weeks are your last chance!

This isn't goodbye to baking for me forever — it's simply goodbye to this chapter.

I am walking away with so much gratitude, so many lessons, and an incredible amount of excitement for what is ahead.

Thank you for allowing me to build this little bakery, for cheering me on, for coming back time and time again, and for being part of my story.

Three years in this little space. Four years of building Easy Sweets. And countless memories that I will carry with me forever.

Here's to closing one chapter and stepping into the next. 🥂❤️
