You might have seen me in person at the Hancock County Farmers Market in Bay St. I bake to order gluten and dairy-free or gluten-free baked goods. Because I have allergies, I found it frustrating to find specialty breads, cakes, cookies, et cetera that I could eat without worrying of cross contamination. I love to bake, so I decided to start a business where I can help others like me, those with allergies and intolerances, find a little peace of mind and to enjoy the simple things in life.
