Hi! Welcome to my page! My name is Liz and I have been a Celiac for over ten years. When I was diagnosed there wasn’t even a gluten free section (or options!) at the local grocery store! Times have changed and come along way, but processed gluten free foods still don’t always taste the best, are dry, and are filled with so many preservatives and other chemicals that wreak havoc on our already compromised immune systems.
So let me introduce to you my newest little passion project: Raise Some Dough Gluten Free! I am a gluten free in home Cottage Food Law bakery, that has dairy free options as well!
I know there are others like me who struggle at every family and friend gathering, every holiday dinner, or even family trips to eat safely— and I want to offer a homemade solutions.
I am always trying new recipes, and am open to requests if I find them doable, so message me if you are interested in gluten free sandwich breads, quick breads, cookies, pies, and more!
