If you need a delicious way to use up some of your sourdough loaves this is one of our favorite breakfast treats ever! I’m using up some regular sourdough bread and a few chunks of the chocolates bread I have left over.

This best-loved French toast casserole is perfect for making ahead of time! It's eggy with a hint of cinnamon.

What a very busy week it was! I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.

Since there are some new faces [Hi and welcome! πŸ‘‹πŸ» So happy you’re here!] I thought I’d explain how orders work.

All orders are custom made for you and require a preorder. I take orders from Saturday afternoon until usually Monday afternoon, but occasionally I have to stop orders sooner due to hitting capacity.

All items are made with high quality ingredients including organic flour, grass fed butter and everything is non GMO. In addition, our bread is long fermented for three days for both the flavor and the added health benefits.

All orders will be arranged for a Thursday pick up or drop off upon ordering.

Boybarian Roost Baking Co, named in honor of my Boybarians who inspired me to begin baking sourdough. My name is Brittni, I’m a mother to three sons, wife to an Airforce veteran and an Okie transplant. My oldest son has a sensitivity to gluten and after years of trying to find palatable gluten free bread; we decided to try long fermented sourdough bread.

Not only could my son eat bread- real, delicious, gut healthy bread- but I fell in love with the art of creating it. Fast forward a few years and hundreds of loaves later and Boybarian Roost Baking Co was born.

I craft long fermented sourdough bread using organic flour. I use many organic ingredients and craft items that not only taste great, but have all the benefits of sourdough bread. I craft bread boules, batards, cinnamon rolls, browned butter chocolate chip cookies, scones, pasta, pizza dough and much more.

I can’t wait to meet you and share the goodness of sourdough bread with you!
