Thank you in advance for supporting our shared mission and helping the Delaware Down Syndrome Association reach its fundraising goal for the 2026 Boardwalk Buddy Walk!

The walk will be held on Saturday, October 10th, with festivities beginning at 8:00 a.m. and the walk kicking off promptly at 9:00 a.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Pavilion.

🦁 Dewey Beach Lions Club Team

Our Lions will meet around 8:30 a.m. by Go Fish on Rehoboth Avenue. We’ll pass out our team T-shirts, get everyone organized, and line up together just before the walk begins.

This year marks the 21st Anniversary of the Boardwalk Buddy Walk, an event dedicated to supporting individuals with Down syndrome through advocacy, education, and celebration throughout our community.

The Dewey Beach Lions Club is proud to have helped found and support this wonderful mission all those years ago. We are honored to continue our annual support and help create a community where individuals with Down syndrome can live, learn, work, and thrive.

The Boardwalk Buddy Walk organization is incredibly appreciative of the continued support from our Lions Club — and we hope you’ll join us again this year!

⚾ Dewey Beach Lions Club Baseball Night! ⚾

Join us for a fun-filled evening with the Dewey Beach Lions Club as the Delmarva Shorebirds take on the Hickory Crawdads (Texas Rangers affiliate) on July 30th!

🌟 Event Details:• $35 per person (payable in advance):
• Food and drinks included
• Each member may bring one guest
• The club will have the opportunity to select someone to throw out the first pitch!

🚌 Transportation & Parking:
• Bus seating is limited to the first 38 people who sign up
• Two private suites reserved with a total capacity of 50 people
• 20 parking passes available for those who prefer to drive

Once again, the Dewey Beach Lions stepped up by donating over $500 worth of diapers, wipes, and toddler clothing to the Rehoboth Community Resource Center just in time for Mother’s Day.

These much-needed gifts are greatly appreciated and will help support local families in our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making a difference! 💙🦁

Volunteers Needed!!

We are looking for a few Lions to help staff our table during the Dine to Donate at Nicola Pizza on Monday, April 27th.

We also need help putting together something fun for the table, such as:

• A raffle basket
• 50/50 drawing
• Gift card giveaway
• Other creative ideas to help engage guests
