Hello again! I have been testing out different methods for baking sourdough. I am working toward being more time efficient on bake day so I will be doing the batard shape and some boule shapes. Next week, let me know which you enjoy more - batard (loaf shaped) or boule (round shaped)
Menu: all items on menu have sourdough in them
Bread: Traditional, jalapeño cheddar, Italian herb and cheese, spelt and seeds, pistachio cranberry chocolate chip, Wonder bread
Treats: Cinnamon Rolls, Strawberry Scones (made with Louisiana strawberries from our very own vendor), 100 g sourdough chocolate chip cookies

Soooooo I had a bright idea that would allow me to bake more than 4 boules at a time. BUT I should have tested it before I baked for market (lesson learned). I have a few boules discounted due to the odd shape or form being slightly dark on the bottom. $2 off odd shaped boules and slightly burnt boules. Good news is I think I have perfected the new technique:). Oh and did I mention we have lemon rolls? And browned butter chocolate chip 100g cookies and blueberry lemon scones? Thank you for your support in this endeavor!
