Hello friends! Sorry for the lack of posting/updates, I've been very busy this past month. Today I will be at Brightmoor Artisans Collective Farmer's Market for the last regular market of the season, from 3-6 pm. I have new a cookie series called Fall Harvest to celebrate the beginning of fall. Flavors will be listed below.

Additionally, Brightmoor is hosting their 5th annual Harvest Fest on Saturday, October 3rd from 1-5pm. These same cookie flavors will be available, as well as garlic butter pretzels I am calling Forget Me Knots (because October, duh). Another post will be made about this event tomorrow!

Flavors available:
Raspberry Tiramisu — a twist on the classic no-bake dessert featuring raspberry toffee, mascarpone bark & ladyfinger cookie butter then dusted in cocoa/espresso powder.
Pear Newton — inspired by a fig newton, but with pears!
Caramel Tapple — a caramel apple cookie inspired by Affy Tapples, with a delicious peanut praline butter.

Hi everyone! So sorry to say, no market this Friday because of the production error of receiving the wrong labels & I do not have time to redo them before it starts. However, I will have this issue fixed after Labor Day & cookies, the last week of the Tea Series, will be available starting on Tuesday until I sell out. Once again, so sorry & gope everyone has a good 3-day weekend (if you have one!) ☺️

Good morning, everyone! There hasn't been too much interest in the preorder just yet (possibly due to posting to align with 2nd shift hours) so I have gone ahead & opened up this preorder to ALL my customers until Sunday at 11:59 EST, there is also another pickup location/time outside of the plant. Pickup today is still available if I receive any orders before 1pm, but now you have the whole weekend to decide 😊

Good evening, everyone! I know y'all have been anticipating my next drop after all the amazing feedback I got from The Breakfast Series of cookies & pretzels.

Due to the uncertainty of fluctuating weather, we went back to the lab & brainstormed the best way to get my baked goods out there for everyone to enjoy. Therefore, we are trying something new this month. We are launching a storefront on Hotplate, an online ordering platform for cottage bakers. Here I will post a weekly drop where you know exactly how many items I have available, the flavors, prices, everything! You do not need an account to order or to follow my page, it can be done simply with your phone number.

Most of my cookies get sold at my husband's job & I've gotten such amazing feedback, so for this first drop I am making exclusive to y'all! The link to the drop is below, it opens at 8pm EST & closes tomorrow at 12pm EST. If you happen to miss this drop & still want cookies, don't fret - I may have some leftover I can set aside, just please contact myself or my husband after the drop is over & I will do my best to accommodate. Pretty Please - A poptart inspired cookie filled with cherry jelly then topped with cherry royal icing & red sanding sprinkles.
Cinnamon Roll - A buttery cookie filled with a cinnamon forward paste & glazed with a vanilla bean cream cheese royal icing.
Bacon Jam - A whole wheat pretzel filled with a sweet, savory & a little spicy bacon jam flavored dry seasoning mix.

Back in February, I was thinking about how much I couldn't wait for summer so I could go pick some fresh fruit so I went on Facebook to check the farms I normally visit. When I was done & about to leave the app, I saw an ad for a retail food business program called Concept to Contract being hosted by a local non-profit called Brightmoor Artisans Collective. I had been planning to start a home bakery since September 2025 & was honestly going to launch with hardly any direction so a free program sounded too good to be true. After visiting the website & reading about their mission, I decided to apply. Being given this opportunity took what was a dream, encouraged on by my friends who love my baking, into a reality. I've done 3 markets thus far, with many more to come. I want to thank everyone — especially my husband & friends — who have stopped by and/or bought something from me, your continued support & encouragement is what keeps me going. If you have not come out yet, please do. I'm at the market (nearly) every Friday from 3-6pm. Preordering will be available soon. My baked goods are waiting on you!
