Hey guys! Its Chef Moose here! For the last couple months we have been working on a menu for pop up brunches. and mini bavarian pretzel pop ups at night per special request! I am no longer able to take bagel orders, unfortunately, because it takes way to much time to do small batches like that in comparison to all at once for a pop up event. I will be making half dozen chef choice bags to be sold at the brunch events. We will keep you all informed!

Thursday June 10th- Sunday June 13th we are opening the doors again for orders!!!! I am so full of joy and appreciation for the love and support shown to our business. We have missed you guys soon much! Oh maaaan! I'm already getting orders put in for next week. You guys have no idea how much you have touched my heart! I grew up in this neighborhood and a lot has changed since I've moved back, still; the community here has shown us incredible love. Thank you all soo much! I'm excited to share bagels with all of you!!!!!

Hey y'all I want to thank my supporters who have shared and donated so far it is super helpful in reopening. I would like to dedicate my reopening shifts to the people who have and do donate. I'll be making you fresh free bagels with all the love energy I can muster. I have a new bagel I haven't been able to drop yet because of my dough fridge dying... But I'll have it available for tier 1 donations.

Here is the tier system:

Tier 1 ($1+): Free scary spiced chocolate rye (dark chocolate, zested ginger, zested orange, cinnamon, in a rye mixed bagel with semi-sweet chocolate chips and garnished with maldon salt flakes)

Tier 2 ($25+): Free half dozen mix and match (up to two premiums including SSCR)

Tier 3 ($50+): Free full dozen mix and match (up to 4 premiums including SSCR)

Tier 4 ($75+): Free full dozen premium (any bagels on the menu included plus the SSCR)
