So Easter was busy!
Long story short I got put on the carving station for the first time! It was really funn and I’m learning about proteins now💪🏾

For Easter buffet at work I got to do 4 desserts:

Carrot cake roll
Poached Pear Birds nest
Honey Almond butter gluten free cake
And lastly I call it a Pake- a cross between cake and pie. This one is pecan😋

This was such a fun dinner theater theme, I had a ball creating this dessert! From matching/pairing the executive chefs menu to staying on theme and creating an unforgettable moment. That’s what it’s all about right? 💕✨

Jailbird Joey Almond Cake: it’s a chocolate soufflé cake, coconut diplomat cream, and an almond praline.
(Almond joy was uncle joeys favorite candy)

This Holiday Season has been a SEASON okay! I’m so grateful to have found somewhere I can and am encouraged to take chances with recipes, create new items, save product, BE CREATIVE, interact with our guest, etc…….

Thank you Chef Eric and Megan for not only believing in me but giving me the chance, and dealing with my daily, monthly, weekly shenanigans😂💕

I’m screaming with all my breath thank you lord for you have delivered me and continue to light the way!
