This weekends menu! Don't forget now that we're at labor day weekend, the market runs Saturday thru Monday!! Tasty tracks and shady hollow coffee shop starts at 7 with breakfast! Main market opens at 8am. After labor day it's free vendor set up!

Bakery will be with the pizza. And just like shady hollow pizza we will be donating some of the profits to relief for Nepal. I believe my following is full of good people who try to do what they can to help. Since I run both booths I will have a donation jar, give what you can. Let all of us put thoughts and good energy to Nepal during this time. Natural catastrophic events can happen anywhere.

My menu for this week as of right now is as follows

Scones:
Blueberry (reg/gf)
Pumpkin white chocolate

Monster cookies (3oz) (reg/gf)

Pumpkin mini muffins
Apple mini muffins

And garlic pull apart loafs. These pull apart loafs have 30 bite size pieces to each loaf. And are delicious dunkers in your favorite marinara or butter blend. Yum!

As long as I have time I will make some peach fruit bars as well!

Together, we can make a difference. Every dollar, or quarter, pennies even, it all adds up. When I was reading this afternoon there are still hundred trapped, and thousand upon thousands still unaccounted for. It takes a village to make things happen. Be a part of our village. 💜🩵💜🩵

Here's my menu for this weekend. Unfortunately due to time I will not have Gluten free this week but I will next week. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience.

Cookies: (2oz-ers) pack of two 5$ 6 cookies for 12$
Chocolate chip
Peanut butter

Raspberry lemon mini muffins: 10 for 5$

Peach fruit bars. 5$ each

Next week I will for sure have my rice crispy bites and hopefully my garlic pull apart bread. Crazy that we are already a week away from labor day. Where did this summer go!

Well after taking last week off from the bakery I feel a little bit less stressed 😅 kind of. We are quickly heading into the cooler season, don't forget I take custom orders. What I have on my table at events is miniature sized but when you order you automatically get a bigger size.

For example my mini banana bread, on my table they are about 2x3 inches but when ordering a mini loaf it's automatically a 2.5x4 inch. And I also have full sized loafs as well.

Things to look forward to? It's pumpkin season.

Still work shopping my menu for this week, gotta clear out some space so I'll have 2oz cookies in packages of six this week, as well as a few other items. I'm kind of thinking garlic pullaparts would be perfect with that delicious shady hollow pizza.

Make sure to look for the display case and my sign over at the pizza station!

We got asked to donate to a fundraiser in Fargo Moorhead!

Very excited. But because of this I will be taking this weekend off from the bakery for the market. I'll still be doing pizza! I've been getting stretched very thin with everything going on and my personal life. : ) I suppose it's a good problem to have. 😅💜🩵💜🩵. But it's okay. I'll take a day and be back rested.

This is the fundraiser we are donating to!

Addie’s royal cupcake stand. All money from the fundraiser goes to helping low income families, homeless children, and people with disabilities. From what Ive looked up they do real good work! I'm very excited to have the opportunity to donate to this charity. And very excited for everything they do for the community.

Make sure if you're in the area, you stop out and buy some of the stuff.(There will be more than just my stuff!) It all goes straight to the charity!

Suuuuper late. Been a pretty stressful week if I'm being honest 😅😹😹😅😅😰

But here's my tiny menu running alongside the pizza this week!

Pictures will come tomorrow. Or possibly tonight once I get out to shady hollow. Pizza is open Friday nights from 5pm(as long as I got everything ready) till 830pm.

I'm late on pictures!

I opened the pizza up for Fridays specifically so vendors setting up could have a choice of something hot. : ). Anyways, here's what I'll have along side Shady Hollow Pizza.

Look for the display case!! And our bakery sign will be over there as well. (It's the profile picture). I should also have my chalk board out along the roadway within the market.

The options with both regular and GF options will simply have GF after, symbolizing that there is both options available.
