The Confectionery Express, LLC Sugarcoating everything is my specialty! My name is Alicia, I have lived in DeSoto, MO my entire life. A small town where everyone knows everyone.

A small town where small businesses are thriving. A small town that lacked a bakery. I began cooking around the age of 17 for friends and family. I was always told I should open up a restaurant or a bakery someday and then October 1st, 2022 I decided it was the day. I chose the name, The Confectionery Express, after the town I grew up in. DeSoto revolves around the railroad and most businesses are

known for some sort of "train" related name. I do deliver a lot of my goods since I own an in home bakery. I have worked hard to maintain a good reputation and being punctual with all my orders. My goal is to one day be successful enough to open a store on Main St. and one day leave my 9-5. I am very thankful for how far I have come and I cannot wait to see where I go.

I will however still offer specialty cakes from time to time, smash cake bundles, cupcakes, cookies, dump cakes, cobblers, bread loafs and more but I will be more than happy to refer you to someone for custom birthday cakes.
