Remembering Jamin Ortiz

We are writing to share the arrangements to celebrate the life of Jamin Ortiz, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and dear friend. Jamin was a light in all our lives, and we look forward to gathering with those who knew and loved him to honor his legacy.

Services:
Wake: Friday, May 15, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (6150 N. Cicero, Chicago).
In honor of Jamin’s vibrant spirit, we encourage everyone to wear their favorite Hawaiian shirt to the visitation on Friday if they feel comfortable doing so.
Funeral: Saturday, May 16, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial: Interment to follow at Maryhill Cemetery.

Obituary:
A full obituary will be released tomorrow, Wednesday, May 13, on the Smith-Corcoran website.
We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this loss together.
With love,
The Ortiz Family
