There are a lot of new faces here, so I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself!
I’m Kelsie, the face behind Mae’s Bagels, where everything is made with love, a little chaos, and a whole lot of flour.
After being laid off from my corporate job last year, I followed my passion for entrepreneurship and bagels and turned it into something I am truly proud of and love.
We hand roll and boil every bagel fresh, and I love experimenting with fun cream cheese flavors. Honey walnut and scallion are two of my favorites right now. We are commercially licensed and make everything out of Moxie Kitchen and Events.
Mae’s Bagels is named after our 8 month old daughter, Maeleigh, with my significant other Aaron, who helps a ton behind the scenes and keeps everything running when things get busy. We truly could not do this without our village of friends and family supporting us.
When I am not baking, you can usually find me going on walks with my daughter and our corgi, planning the next flavor drop, trying to keep up with everything that comes with running a small business, or doing things I truly love like thrifting and gardening.
I started this journey because I love bringing people together over good quality food, and I am so grateful for everyone who has supported it so far.
Right now we serve bagels uncut with 4 oz or 8 oz cream cheese to take home, toast, and enjoy. In the future we hope to grow into offering them spread on at markets so you can enjoy them right there.
We also have a catering menu available if you would like to order for a brunch, birthday, or work event. Availability is limited right now during market season, but you can DM for a copy.
