My granddaughter jordyn has been bugging me for the last few weeks to make some cakesicles for a while with her, for her teacher. Well, I finally had the time to make some so that they could all enjoy them.

These are funfetti/bday cake cakesicles, which turned out really good.

She was already asking me to make a few more hours later, I told her we needed to give Mimi (me) a break....Lol, I love doing them, but they do take some effort. 😁

Got these 2 cookie cakes made last night for a teacher's retirement party. Both turned out pretty good, the TV has the really good and yummy chocolate frosting with the edible image (teacher loves the hallmark channel! lol).
As for the sugar cookie, if you look closely, it has alphabet sprinkles. Just my way of adding little unique things to make them all more personalized.

Definitely love how this order turned out along with the edible diplomas, despite having initial issues with matching colors! I have it down to a science now on that, so itll be wayyyyy quicker if I need to replicate it.

So my 16 year old daughter (Charlie) helped me on these treats for a baby shower she helped with themed "Baby in Bloom". It was certainly the most fun i had with teaching her new things. She definitely thought it was going to be an easy 1-2-3 sort of thing, boy was she surprised how it wasn't....lol It ended up being quite the process since every little detail took a lot of time and patience. In the end though, everything came together and everyone was very happy....including us, I know we both had a good bonding time within the process.

Helloooo everyone, it's about that time to get your super duper delicious Dubai Bar....just in time before Mothers Day!!!

Our pop-up event will be this Saturday, May 9th, 2026, at 9:00a.m. until all the bars are sold out.

So remember, the faster you get here, the faster you can get your bar(s)....one for you and one for momma!! lol So stop on in Saturday and get mom some awesome goodness!

$18 per bar and limit of 5 per person.

So I've slowly, and I do mean SLOWLY, began doing a few more cakes. Being that im not very advanced on it all, I am trying them first on family events before I consider offering it out to the public.
As they say, practice makes perfect, and I'm just not there yet...lol
The cake pictured I did this morning for my daughter Charlie, who just turned 16 on her birthday. It consists of 2 layers of chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache filling, my hubby helped print the cheetah edible paper and to seal the deal, my delicious chocolate butter cream. Definitely going to be a SWEET 16 for her!! lol
