With VBS keeping me extra busy this week, I’m pushing back my summer series of trying a brand-new recipe each week until next week!

And trust me, it’s worth the wait… 🍋

First up on the menu: Lemon Brownies! Soft, chewy, packed with fresh lemon flavor, and topped with a delicious sweet lemon glaze. These are the perfect summertime treat, and I can’t wait for you all to try them!

I may be an adult now, but I still love Scooby-Doo just as much as I did as a kid! 💚🐾 In fact, you’ll often find me watching Scooby-Doo while I’m working away in the kitchen. So when I got the chance to create this cake, I was beyond excited!

Getting to turn childhood favorites into edible art is one of the best parts of what I do. ✨

If there’s one cake that has stood the test of time in my kitchen, it’s this one. 🍫🥜

I’ve made this cake over and over (and over and over 😅) through the years, and honestly, I may have lost count at this point. We might even be in the double digits!

Moist chocolate cake, creamy peanut butter buttercream, rich chocolate ganache, and plenty of Reese’s Cups—it’s the ultimate dessert for the peanut butter lover in your life. 😍

Some cakes come and go, but this one will always be a favorite.
