Good Friday!
The strongest man in the world’s history did not lead an army, did not carry a sword and did not seek glory for himself. He cried. He's tucked in. He picked people up from the dust and told them they are forgiven.
He touched the wounds of the marginalized and restored their dignity. He sat at the table with sinners, not to judge them, but to teach them love.
Been betrayed, humiliated, spat on, beaten. And yet... in the cruelest moment, in the agony of the crucifixion, he did not curse, he did not roar with hate. He did something that no emperor, general, king has ever done before or after Him.
He cried out to heaven, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing!” ”
This is true power. Not the one who destroys, but the one who forgives. Not the one who imposes herself through fear, but the one who softens hearts through love. When His body was crucified, His soul rose above all the pains of the world. And from that cross, from that last gesture of mercy, rose the deepest victory: love has won.
Because true love doesn't need to defend itself. Love does not scream to be understood. Love does not mean weakness. It's the greatest force in the Universe. And Jesus has shown us that the true greatness is not in defeating enemies, but in loving them until the last breath.
In a world that glorifies empty, rigid, violent and unshakable masculinity, let us not forget that the strongest man was gentle. It was a tender one. He was forgiving. And that's why he changed the world
Is not by power but through love ❤️
