Come join us at the amazing Music Is Art Festival at the Outer Harbor Terminal B Saturday September 20th. I will be located in the Blossom Village with Blossom Buffalo, 11am-Sold Out. Going to have the gluten free/low carb community covered with breakfast, lunch, dinner and plenty of yummy dessert and ice cream options!! The event will feature an impressive lineup of performers and vendors. Suppose to be a beautiful sunny day, so enjoy it with beautiful views of the water!! We look forward to seeing you there!

Thank you to everyone that came out and braved the heat to help make it a successful Polish Festival weekend! I will definitely be back next year! Until then, I hope to see you at the Music is Art Festival. I'll be in the Blossom Stage & Village at the Music is Art Festival, on Saturday September 20th. I'd like to do more events but with shipping to over half the US, I'm quite busy, but I may try to squeeze in an event over the Holidays! Update on Vender Show Dates!! I will be at the Cheektowaga Polish American Arts Festival at Cheektowaga Town Park on Saturday July 26th, 10AM-6pm and Sunday July 27th, 12PM-6PM! Come enjoy the festivities and some delicious gluten free/low carb ice cream and baked goods!

If you would like to bulk order bread or other baked goods for pickup on either Saturday or Sunday of the festival, call or text 716-954-0280 to place an order no later than July 19th, menu pictured below along with some of the offerings I will be having at the festival!!

I know I have been silent for awhile but I've been doing big things behind the scenes!! I am now shipping my completely gluten free and sugar free baked goods to over half of the U.S.!! I also wanted to get it figured out for my local customers so they can be saved the trek out to Derby for pickup! It's cheaper to stock up a shipment, than to take the 30 minute or more drive here and back!! Once shipped, (I ship the Monday after the order is placed), it gets to you within a day, two at the most, right to your doorstep! Everything is individually packaged, in freezer safe packaging. Just go to sugarswapbakeshop.com and click shop to place an order!

I of course will still be taking orders for pickup, my full menu is on my website, under the local tab!

I will only be doing a select few vendor shows this year as it's just to difficult and time consuming with a 2 1/2 year old. Plus the weather is so unpredictable here.

Future plans will be to get into some local stores or restaurants. I hope I will be able to continue providing you with delicious healthy baked goods for many years to come! Thank you for your support!

I will be attending a Western NY/S Ontario Meat-Up about an hour east of Buffalo, in Batavia, NY, at Bourbon & Burger Co, on November 16th. So if you are in and around the Batavia, Rochester area, come on out for some yummy burgers and some fun discussion about the ketogenic lifestyle. I will also be taking orders for pickup at the event until November 8th. Everything freezes well, so you can stock up for Thanksgiving!
