🍞 A LITTLE BREAK FOR THE BREAD SHED 🍞

Some of you know, Fall is busy season for me as a photographer, and things are in full swing at Fawn + Fern Photography 📸🍂 if you didn’t know that’s me, now you know 🤪

Between photo sessions, family, and all my other daily duties—I’ve decided it’s best to take a little break from baking! The Bread Shed will be closed until December or January, depending on when busy season SLOWS down.

I’m so thankful for every single person who has supported my business, picked up a loaf, shared a post, or told a friend about The Bread Shed. This little bread-loving community means so much to me! I look forward to getting back into the kitchen, and baking for y’all again soonish! Keep an eye on this page for updates on when The Bread Shed will reopen 🍞🥯🍪

A little BarnDough announcement 🍞🖤

Serving people is either a hyperfixation or my love language! 😂 I absolutely LOVE making people excited about good food, whether it’s baking or making a dinner recipe video. 🤪

I’m hardheaded as they come, but I’m starting to realize there really is only one of me. 🥴 I hand-mix every loaf—no big commercial mixer over here! 🙈 Between juggling 2 other jobs, ubering 3 teenager-ish kids back to school, and managing our household…I’m struggling to find a bread schedule that actually flows well. Right now I’m getting 4 hours of sleep out of 48 hours on dough/bake days 😵‍💫🤣

I need to slow down a little and figure out a better schedule, and I’m 100% open to suggestions! Want me to open later or on a different day than Fridays at 6am? Just SAY THE WORD. 🤪

For the time being, BarnDough Bread Co. is moving to PRE-ORDERS ONLY with next Pre-order pickup day being 9/25/26 🖤

Pre-orders will open on Fridays and close Sundays! Pre-order instructions can be found at the top of my pinned weekly menu!

The Bread Shed is self serve and runs on the honor system! Payment instructions can be found on the cash box on the door. Payments accepted: Exact Cash, Venmo, or Zelle! Price is listed on each item. My number is also on there for any questions! I CAN see you so no five finger discounts, please 👀🤣

I seriously cannot thank y’all enough 🥹

Some of you know that this little bread business is ONE OF THREE JOBS I have, because apparently I enjoy sleeping approximately 3 hours per night 😵‍💫 After this week’s late nights, early mornings, and dough that had a schedule of it’s own…this baker is CLOCKING OUT OF THE KITCHEN ✌🏻

I am officially on VACATION UNTIL 9/8! If you need me, I’ll be somewhere in the mountains with ZERO cell service, sitting by the river, staring at a campfire 🏕️🔥🌲
