I’ll be at the RiNo Summer Art Market July 27th from 12-4pm! Last year I took a ton of macarons & completely sold out before the event ended 🙌🏼 so this year I’ll have twice the amount of macarons & caramel packs.

I’m skipping variety boxes this month as my schedule has been extremely busy & I still need my three days off a week to do nothing otherwise I’m a bitch lol so come see me at the end of the month & build your box! I’ll do a flavor vote the week prior in my stories as usual.

Sometimes my shells look almost perfect 💜💙🤍 except for the middle purple shell that I stuck back together with ganache.

I’ll be here next Saturday the 15th from 10am-4pm! I’m so excited for this market because it’s in the grass with trees & not some miserably hot pavement lol this is in the Historic Westminster area off of 73rd & Bradburn, there is plenty of parking as well 🙌🏼

Forever a favorite flavor! Most flavors can be any color but keep in mind I’m not a paint matching store. I match as closely as possible. This is an already difficult cookie to make & only so much dye can be added to macaron batter before it’s ruined.

This is by far my favorite place to do markets, I look forward to it instead of feeling stressed out 🙌🏼 you can bring your dogs as well so I can ignore you & talk to them lol but seriously dogs are welcomed inside while you shop &/or have a drink. Lots of other vendors to shop as well!

I’ll most likely have macarons (pistachio, biscoff cookie butter, earl grey, passionfruit guava, Reese’s peanut butter cup, raspberry cheesecake), stuffed fruity pebbles marshmallow cookies, cornbread cookies, 6-pack alfajores, & passionfruit caramel. This is my only event for February & the only set of variety boxes. Variety boxes are perfect if my 4-dozen minimum custom order is too much for what you need. They freeze perfectly for over a month & can stay in the fridge for over a week! They don’t actually “go bad”, they just get softer as time passes. Freshly filled macarons are usually rock hard for about 24 hours, then become chewy, then after a week they become soft, just fyi.

The market menu for this will be posted Friday the 9th. I plan on having stuffed cookies, caramel, alajores, & other flavors of macarons.

Happy Halloween!

This is the first Halloween I skipped variety boxes & I really enjoyed not working all weekend like most holiday’s. I also only accepted one custom order from one of my favorites.

We went to Glenwood Springs for a long weekend for my sil wedding & took two of our three dogs, the puppy was at Ashley’s Petcare. I came back exhausted & thankful I didn’t post a last minute Halloween presale like I planned on doing yesterday lol
•
November is almost booked with customs, I’m not doing last minute Thanksgiving orders so get them in soon! I will have presale for variety boxes towards the end of the month.

@rileyjoe_ created this masterpiece of me in my element! They’re working on the long form version of me talking & cussing a wee bit too much lol I’ll post that once it’s done. Super excited for it! • I’m just completely blown away by Riley’s work. They made this entire process so easy & I felt really proud of myself at the end of this. Riley is a local documentary/commercial director & they are beyond talented! I felt super excited for them to get a pretty glimpse of me working & create something I love 🖤 • Riley used to order variety boxes from me when I was doing cooler pickups from my apt in Broomfield years ago, that’s how I met them. My business has brought me so many meaningful connections over the years, often with people I would’ve never crossed paths with. I’m forever grateful for that. • I make Italian method macarons & it often looks like I’m making something illegal because of my setup. When I was making French method macarons years ago, it was such a simple easy setup compared to this, but the texture wasn’t what I was personally looking for. I think I’m just dumb & tend to over complicate everything I do, just like my fillings where each flavor is a completely different ratio lol • The batch I made for this video came out a tad wonky. Usually I’ll make around 30-40 dozen in a day, but I made this single batch last from AM to PM so my batter was over mixed from messing with it too much & from it drying out in between filming. I didn’t realize how much I rush bake until I had to stop at each step for them to get close & record it. Displaying all my hard work is definitely my favorite part of the entire process 🙌🏽 • This was all for @facialaesthetics Superior location grand opening! All specialty flavors, printed with their logo, & individually bagged. • Tbh the baking is exhausting, each different flavor ganache recipe is complicated/time consuming, assembling/bagging is boring, printing takes awhile, buuuut, plating or boxing up all my work is just so satisfying because I’m so impressed with myself lol then I choose to do it all over again for the next order! The entire process takes so long but I know in order to fully enjoy that final product, it’s obviously necessary. Pistachio Guava!
