Come and see the Christmas fair out in Kiowa today!!! We are trying something different today!!! Mini loaves!!! All my sourdough loaves are mini today! We have blueberry pie sourdough, jalapeno cheddar, tomato basil as well as our classic sourdough and wheat sandwich bread… and cookies too!! There are so many awesome vendors!! Come check it out. So many yummy treats at the Kiowa harvest festival today! I tried some new sourdough including blueberry swirl and pumpkin for fall as well as the favorite jalapeno cheddar!!! Come out and see us from 11-4 today!

Sometimes you just need a treat…. This pregnant lady did… homemade sourdough Oreos with fresh milled wheat (I even used hard red and it turned out great) and they hit the spot. Still deciding if I’m gonna share them….

I tried making homemade cinnamon toast crunch. Sometimes recipes look great but aren’t worth the work. This one was so awesome. It was a lot of work. And wasn’t super sweet in the end… but it was so buttery and yummy and surprisingly filling. I used https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/homemade-cinnamon-toast-crunch/ as the recipe but adapted it to fresh milled wheat

My oven has slowly been giving out the last few months… last farmers market prep, my lower oven door fell pff… and temps weren’t working quite right… my husband found this beauty on Facebook so the bread box got an upgrade!! Happy birthday to me!!
