We've been busy getting ready for Bekah's baby shower! We made lots of "typical" delicious, tender butter cookies with a powdered sugar glaze. Help from Ashley on design work made them very special!!
Then there were typical chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting and chocolate egg-free paleo cupcakes with the same buttercream frosting made with butter and almond milk.
They were all thoroughly enjoyed!!

Our latest creation. Another hybrid...paleo chocolate cake on top with chocolate paleo filling and typical white cake on the bottom with chocolate buttercream filling and strawberries. All covered with paleo frosting and buttercream rosettes. The horn, eyes and ears were all hand crafted by Bekah!
