Torta di Sette Angeli (7 Angels Cake)
Almond sponge cake layered with raspberry preserves and marscapone sweet cream then wrapped in white marzipan and decorated with royal and buttercream icing.

Torta di Sette Diavoli (7 Devils Cake)
Chocolate almond sponge cake layered with amaretto cherries and chocolate mascarpone cream wrapped in chocolate marzipan and decorated with royal and buttercream icing.
