Detour Bakery is a neighborhood French styled retail bakery creating fresh pastries, artisan breads, quiches and sandwiches all made fresh daily. We also have some non French style products like our Texas sized Cinnamon Buns, Rich Chocolate cakes (Gateau Chocolate) and Macaroons. We also throw in curves like Banana Pecan Bread, Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk and others.
