~One of two holiday orders~ I forgot just how much ingredients matter with these guys, struggling to find the perfect almond flour but I think I found what works best for me! I also forgot just how messy powdered sugar can get 🤪 order number two for the season already in the works and getting ready for a test flavor for Christmas, thinking blood orange and thyme✨

Ending 2024 with a restart! After losing my job this year (somewhere I thought I’d be forever), it’s forcing me take a step back and remember what brings me the most joy. I made these bad boys about a week ago and made me start thinking about restarting this journey of sharing my baking/mac success and fails. So here goes nothing! I have some ideas running crazy in my noggin and can’t wait to share the experiences! Happy baking!

- The aroma from the garlic and olive oil is filling the apartment 🤤 oooo and the flaky salt crunch. Can’t get better than this! Thinking about adding sun dried tomatoes and artichokes next go around.
