Hey everyone with Thanksgiving fast approaching its time to place your sourdough loave orders for Thanksgiving by the end of next week. I have 5 spots available for pickup/delivery for Wednesday the 22. See pinned post for menu and pricing. I will also be offering pumkin pies for $15 and 12 pack of dinner roll for $10 upon request. Fresh ingredients coming to breads and desserts near you. I can't wait to make some zucchini bread with my zucchini and a focaccia with my tomatoes. Yes some aren't fully ripe but after the storm we had they needed to come out. The beans are just for me lol 😆 I love having a garden with fresh ingredients at my finger tips.

Sourdough brioche donuts with creme patisserie is definitely a labor of love. I am looking to see if I can add these to my menu as a special but need to check cottage laws as I am a cottage baker. For now I will be offering next week as a special sourrdough brioche donuts filled with your choice of raspberry or strawberry jam as well as a dulce de leche filled. Still working on my Google form so for now continue to place orders through social media or by phone. You can find my number in my pinned post.
