Strawberry Lemonade and summer just has a special ring to it for me. They go together like pb&j, a good book and a rainy day, or Cheetos on a cheese sandwich! ..... Okay I might have lost a few people on that last one😂 But! The point remains! These cupcakes were requested for a fun summer family event. The back few are Lemon with Lemon frosting and the front pink are Lemon cake with some chilled Strawberry frosting. The perfect Strawberry Lemonade cupcake. Topped with a sugared lemon peel, still working on the twist part of that peel. Let me know in the comments below your favorite summer (or weirdest) flavor pairings to eat!😊
