🍞 New Breads Alert! 🍞
This month, we’re thrilled to introduce four new breads to our collection, each with its own unique story and flavor profile. First up, we have **The French Cider Rye**. This fragrant loaf is infused with local French apple cider, giving it a subtle sweetness and a delightful aroma. It’s perfect for pairing with cheese or enjoying on its own.
Next, we’re excited to bring you the **Kouign Amann**, a classic French pastry known for its rich, buttery layers and caramelized crust. Making Kouign Amann is a labor of love, involving a meticulous process of folding and laminating the dough over several hours to achieve its signature flaky texture. The result is a sweet and crispy pastry that’s absolutely worth the effort.
Lastly, we’re introducing two traditional loaves: **Galician Pan de Galego** and **Old School Deli Rye**. The Pan de Galego hails from the Galicia region of Spain, known for its rustic crust and tender crumb. It’s an ideal bread for hearty sandwiches or simply dipped in olive oil.
