Cultured Crumb has been moving in a direction I never could have expected.

I know I haven’t been posting quite as much lately, but that definitely doesn’t mean things have slowed down. If anything, I’ve been working harder than ever behind the scenes—baking, learning, planning, growing, and figuring out what this next season looks like.

Some of the most exciting things happening right now aren’t quite ready to be shared yet, and I’m learning that not every part of growth has to happen publicly.

But I wanted you to know I’m still here. Still baking. Still building. Still incredibly grateful for every order, every kind message, every share, and every person who continues to support Cultured Crumb.

This little business has already taken me places I never expected, and somehow I have a feeling it’s still just getting started. 🤍

One of my dear friends recently had surgery, and I’m hoping our little baking community can come together to help lighten the financial burden.

Next week, I’m bringing back 8 pans of her favorite Blueberry Lemon Crumble Rolls.

Sometimes the best ideas come from collaboration. 🇮🇹🤍

A few weeks ago, I reached out to a local Italian chef whose bread I couldn’t stop thinking about. That conversation turned into a cannoli cake collaboration, blending his love for authentic Italian flavors with my love for creating beautiful layer cakes.

Four layers of ricotta cake, homemade cannoli cream with mascarpone, ricotta, fresh orange zest, mini chocolate chips, crushed pistachios, and handmade mini cannoli on top.

He was kind enough to share our collaboration on his page, and I’m incredibly grateful for his encouragement and willingness to share his expertise. Moments like these remind me that there’s always something new to learn in baking.
