Every Sunday I would make fresh desserts and cakes for my band rehearsals, as well as any cake my friends and family wanted for their birthdays, I've been making cakes and desserts since I was a youngin! When I got married, I took on the challenge to make my own wedding cake and I caught the cake making bug! I have been having so much fun and am ready to share my cakes with others, especially those in my community. One of the things I'm known for are making desserts that aren't too sweet. I adapt many of my recipes to pull out some of sugar so you can taste more of the flavors. I'd love to have you try one of my cakes! This one came in and I wondered how on earth I would create these ladybugs without fondant. I decided maraschino cherries would do the trick! This popular design originated from a Lucky Charm shower curtain. Not the cereal!
