My grandson asked for cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Knowing he didn’t want to wait 3 hours to get them in a plate, I thought I’d try adding a ribbon of compound cinnamon sugar mixture through the butter swim biscuit recipe. I topped them with some cream cheese frosting.

These turned out really good! The brown sugar caramelized with the molten butter creating the crispiest edges!

Next time, I’ll dice up a Granny Smith and mix that in- it’ll be very fritter like!!!

Order yours today! I’m not afraid to experiment!!!

Peach cobbler with crumble topping. This customer requested using monk fruit sweetener instead of the brown sugar used in the recipe.

Other than the crumble not being as clumped, I think it turned out great!

This one is peach.

Going out today- Key Lime Pie in a traditional crust. Why, you ask? Simple- balance of flavors. Why have a sweet crust, sweet filling and sweet topping? Ground your pie in a neutral, flaky crust, fill it with a sweet, but tangy filling and top it with slightly sweetened whipped cream.

Fats, acids, salt and sweet dance ALL over your tongue, enticing you to go back for more!
