My grandson asked for cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Knowing he didn’t want to wait 3 hours to get them in a plate, I thought I’d try adding a ribbon of compound cinnamon sugar mixture through the butter swim biscuit recipe. I topped them with some cream cheese frosting.

These turned out really good! The brown sugar caramelized with the molten butter creating the crispiest edges!

Next time, I’ll dice up a Granny Smith and mix that in- it’ll be very fritter like!!!

Peach cobbler with crumble topping. This customer requested using monk fruit sweetener instead of the brown sugar used in the recipe.

Other than the crumble not being as clumped, I think it turned out great!
