It was an honor to make and wedding cake! It was a citrus centered cake made of lemon cake, lemon curd and lemon swiss meringue buttercream.

Had the pleasure of making 3rd Anniversary cake this year. Chef Scott mentioned that he wanted “Happy 3rd Anniversary” and pigs, and I went for it. I tried to turn most people that I’ve encountered from Osteria into a little piggy. This was a lemon cake with vanilla buttercream and lemon curd. 🍋I’ve also added pictures of when I was tasked with making their 1 year anniversary cake as well. It’s incredible to take a step back to see their growth as well as ours within the past three years.

If you haven’t tried them yet, they are truly the best and you are missing out. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for them. ✨

🦃💕Happy Thanksgiving!💕🦃

I’m so grateful for our wonderful friends, family and everyone that has supported us so far. This year has been a whirlwind to say the least, but I am truly so grateful for all the opportunities that came our way. Thank you to everyone that continues to support us at markets and pop ups and to all of my regulars/friends that have been so understanding of my chaotic delayed teacher emailing schedule. I have been slacking on posting all of the beautiful cakes I’ve worked on this year but I will try my best to upload as many as I can! Thankful for you guys! Love you all 💕✨

Happy Friday!! ✨

I am so grateful for all of you. I have a million cakes to post because it’s been such a busy month. Everyone that has ordered this month has helped me feel seen and appreciated with my prices and my quality of work. Thank you 🙌🏼✨

This was a set for one of my favorite little humans.

I LOVED how these character toppers came out and how gritty the checkerboard was for the smash cake.

🧁BIG NEWS!🧁

I have been hired on to the LaGrone Academy staff this year as their Culinary 2 teacher. I am floored with this opportunity to share my knowledge with the newer generation in such an amazing environment.

With this new responsibility, Cookie Thief Cake Co will have VERY LIMITED openings September- October. I will be closing off my books for the remainder of August, following through with the orders that have been placed already as well as any orders that are in their final stages of booking. I will take a step back from markets with Cookie Thief goods, but you’ll still see me out there with Sam on .food . Yes, 3 jobs at once I’m a nut case but I love what I do.

My bookings for September- October will be taken on a case by case basis, I will mostly keep them open for my regular clients or any project I would absolutely love to create for. I will be increasing my rates as my time is very limited. If you have ordered from me in the past and would like to book something for those months please email me ASAP and we’ll figure something out!

This will be a learning curve for me, but we’ll get through this transition together. You’ll see me around, I promise! If you miss seeing me, send some some coffee my way I’ll need it😅💕

Dreaming of this maximalist pink cake I made for ‘s friend✨💕

So it turns out, when you ask me for a lunch box cake I tend to go overboard🙈 This guy was a touch bigger than the lunchbox I set for it, but how could you squeeze all of this piping into a tiny box?

This was giving 💗Barbie💗 the entire design process.
