There is a home baker in Las Vegas who is FAMOUS for her cinnamon rolls. Like… she posts them and they SELL OUT WITHIN SECONDS. 🤯

And y’all…

THEY ARE $12 A ROLL. 😳😂

Clearly this woman knows something I don’t because selling out $12 cinnamon rolls in SECONDS?! I needed to investigate. 🕵🏻‍♀️🤣

Sooooo… I bought her recipe. 👀

And now obviously I need to make them.

The real question is… do we need a Wild Crumb cinnamon roll test night?! 😂🩷

I’m thinking I make a batch exactly according to her recipe, grab a few of y’all as taste testers, and we find out what makes a cinnamon roll worthy of a $12 price tag. 👀😂

Andddd unfortunately I have some bad news before I go. 😭

If you ordered sourdough this week, I’ll be sending you a refund. I accidentally left the bakery fridge door open last night, and because the bakery fridge is out in the garage, I had absolutely no clue until I went out this morning to bake the loaves. 😭

Every single one was WAY overproofed and spilling out of the baskets. I could have cried. All that beautiful sourdough dough… RIP. 🪦😭😂

I’m not going to bake something I know isn’t up to Wild Crumb standards just to fill an order, so unfortunately I have to take the loss on this batch. I’ll get everyone’s sourdough refunds sent out tomorrow morning. I am SO sorry! 🩷

Now I’m off to bed before I accidentally leave something ELSE open. 😂😭

Soft, fluffy cake completely soaked in a rich espresso-infused three-milk mixture, so every bite is ridiculously moist, creamy and packed with cappuccino flavor. Then they’re topped with a fluffy coffee cream and a dusting of cocoa. ☕️🍫

And YES - each one will have a little cookie on top too! I’m just being smart and waiting until morning to add those so nobody gets a sad, soggy cookie 😂🙌

These are HUGE! At least 2-3 servings!

Layers of from-scratch funfetti cake, vanilla buttercream and homemade strawberry filling, finished with all those cute little pink dots! 🩷 These were a HUGE hit last time, so of course they had to come back!

A huge, soft and buttery graham cracker cookie topped with smooth blueberry icing, a big cloud of whipped topping and finished with fresh blueberries. 🫐

Basically a creamy blueberry pie transformed into one giant bakery-style cookie — soft in the middle, golden around the edges, creamy on top and SO GOOD. 🤤
