This morning Beaurista Coffee at Del Mar Golf Center, I saw a customer order a coffee and my OG Brown Butter Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie… and he had NO IDEA he was about to become part of the review 😂

I had my mic on and told him, “You gotta give me an honest review.” Meanwhile, Seth at the cart was giving him the full presentation and breaking down exactly what makes this cookie different.

Organic grass-fed butter.
Organic eggs.
Organic heritage grain flour.
Organic chocolate.
And ingredients you can actually feel good about eating.

Then he took that first bite… and let’s just say, I think the reaction said it all. 😂🍪

And honestly, I fully support a cookie + coffee for breakfast. There’s nothing wrong with it when you’re starting with ingredients this good. I eat a cookie almost every morning before I head out to drop off my baked orders.

☕️🍪 Kona + Cookie = the ultimate coffee experience.

I stopped by Beaurista Coffee at Del Mar Golf Center and tried their Kona coffee from Hawaii—and wow. They have an amazing selection of unique pour-overs and specialty coffees that are seriously worth experiencing.

I paired my Kona with my organic brown butter triple chocolate chip cookie, and that rich chocolate finish with the coffee was chef’s kiss. 🤌🏼🍫☕️

And the experience is just as beautiful as the coffee—laser-etched wooden serving boards, gorgeous glassware, and now a brand-new deck where you can sit back and relax in the shade under their umbrellas.

Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! 🍪

I had to celebrate the only way I know how… by making a chocolate chip cookie that’s 5x bigger than my normal cookies. 😍

It took nearly 30 minutes to bake, but the result was 100% worth the wait: a perfectly crisp golden bottom, irresistibly soft edges, and a warm, gooey center loaded with melty chocolate.

The only question is… would you share it, or keep the whole thing for yourself? 👀🍫
