What if our cells remember parts of our story before we consciously do? 👑✨

Funny enough, mentioning Secret Knock recently reminded me I never shared this moment here. Sometimes it feels like certain parts of us have always been there…
quietly waiting for us to rise into them fully.

I have always felt like I should act nobly, for some reason, before my amazing dad told us we were in fact nobility and now I was made royalty? 😉

The day before, I told a woman sitting next to me I wasn’t royalty, as she put Tara royalty in her phone after we had instantly connected. She asked about my last name and for some reason, I told her my history of being Polish Nobility. We also have a Prophetess on that side & her prophecies are written in the book of Poland, a taster for the King (explains why I’m a foodie 😉 ), & a Bishop that was an advisor to the King.

So she smiled and said I’m still saving you as Tara Royalty.

I laughed — and right after the screen on stage referenced the person being interviewed as a different kind of royalty. 👀✨

Then her husband said he is also from nobility, saying he attracts “royal energy” all the time — and after getting to know me he wanted to invite me to an annual gathering I had never heard about! It is with some incredible royal & noble people!

Grateful… yet it made me reflect on something deeper.

Maybe lineage is more than titles or history.
Maybe we inherit energies, values, ways of carrying ourselves, or inner callings long before we understand where they came from.

Leadership.
Compassion.
Strength.
Creativity.
Courage.
Nobility.
Resilience.

Sometimes it feels like certain parts of us have always quietly been there…waiting to be recognized and fully embodied.

Single & Bee-ing Humm-ble 🐝✨ Above the Buzz

This weekend brought one of the most unexpected experiences…

At a 15 year anniversary gathering at the Emerald Village Oasis, I found myself laying on a bed above 50,000–60,000 bees — with three queens — during a frequency sound healing.

Yes… really.

And what made it even more bee-utiful:�They are cared for deeply. Many of us know how essential bees are to our world! These little superhero’s usually roam freely and are kept cool with AC in their mobile space as they are gently guided toward new homes. I met their caretaker and his fiancé that had one of the booths, who travel with them, helping relocate colonies and sharing their honey (I even brought home an herb-infused blend called “Positive Energy” 🍯✨). What a way to change your state! Though when we do it through our own anchors, it almost feels as good as honey tastes, doesn’t it?

But here’s where it all connected…

Just days before, I had taken my Golden Time to Rise Phoenix to the ocean-view flower fields for a singles event — and out of nowhere, I was stung on my wedding ring finger.

No flowers nearby. No warning.

Many said, “That’s bee medicine.”

At the time, I didn’t fully understand.
Now… days later, laying above thousands of bees in total peace, feeling the frequency, the stillness, the trust…

It felt like something aligned.
🐝 From an unexpected sting…�🐝 To being held in calm presence above the hives

A reminder:
✨ State can shift in an instant
✨ Meaning can evolve just as quickly
We don’t need anything external to shift our state…
But sometimes, life gives us the most beautiful mirrors to experience it.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on this more deeply — how quickly we can move from reaction → presence… from tension → trust.

And how powerful it is to consciously choose that shift.

Curious…

I love bringing charms & thoughtful gifts. In honor of 20 years of .co … and after first attending nearly a decade ago, it felt right to create something meaningful.

This was the only bracelet I made—after unexpectedly wandering into a crystal shop during a town’s Galentine’s event.
It felt meant for 💖
One of my favorite memories of SK Women was at Fire Museum in Little Italy—
being taken care of by real firefighters… unforgettable. ;)

Truly grateful to for the years of incredible experiences, and for inviting me into a deeper role supporting the wellness side this year— creating spaces filled with phenomenal people (and yes… the fantasy-themed parties might be my favorite ✨)

It’s a reminder I keep coming back to:
the smallest details carry the most energy.

And how we choose to show up…
tends to ripple further than we think.

Do you remember the Foxy 🦊 New Years Event? I ran home and slipped on my fancy cowboy boots — the little diamond ones with a pink sheen — still dressed as the flapper.

As something had shifted.

Being on the urban farm showed me I could work hard my way as the event even had a glass looking greenhouse for yoga to sound healings! Yes there were cute animals too with a restaurant above a boutique Farmers Market!
It became a living metaphor.

What parts of you need to heal? When the flapper archetype got taken out dancing, I knew the farmer needed her turn too to kick up her heels & cowgirl it up!

And right on cue one of my favorite places I frequented, when I lived a block from the beach, popped up with a fancy “rodeo” event

Because healing isn’t just introspection.
Sometimes it’s embodiment.

Yes — there was a bucking bronco.
Yes — people were laughing and playing.
But internally? I was doing sacred integration work.

I wore the same boots.

Added the flapper feather to my cowboy hat I was gifted from Volunteering at a VIP event. I also wore my Tony Robbins Date with Destiny Phoenix dress (that’s a whole post on its own 🐦‍🔥). I didn’t know if anything would “come” of it — and honestly, that wasn’t the point.

Balancing my Earth and Fire elements — so the fire doesn’t burn out of control, and the earth doesn’t become stagnant. Honoring both. Work & Play.

After 27 years of helping people & training in ceremony and ritual with indigenous cultures to working with hypnosis and NLP, I know this:
When intention meets alignment with the unconscious… transformation happens!

Plus — it’s fun.
They raffled off rodeo tickets that night. I didn’t win.
But I coincidentally found out I won the lymphatic drainage from instead — which felt even more aligned.

Turns out I couldn’t have made the rodeo anyway.

The farmer didn’t need the rodeo.
She needed integration.
And apparently… a spa day. ✨

Sometimes we don’t win what we think we want.
We win what actually supports us.

Earth. Fire. Feather. Boots. Phoenix.
Transformation.

I’m starting a new tradition — will you join me in being a superhero?

Last year, I had the incredible experience of attending Date with Destiny and meeting Tony Robbins. As we step into this New Year, I’m reflecting on one of my favorite moments from that journey — and welcoming what’s ahead with clear intention. I love beginning the year by doing things that truly matter to me.

Today, I’m starting the year in a power pose. Tony talks about standing like a superhero for just two minutes and how it shifts your chemistry and presence. Honestly, Tony feels like a living superhero himself — a reminder of the power we each hold. And who doesn’t want to step into the year feeling like one too?

One tradition I already hold close is giving back, and hosting a Free Veterans Sound Healing feels like perfect alignment to honor and support our Warriors — real-life heroes who give so much.

Here’s to stepping into our power — one breath, one pose, one new year at a time!

✨ Legacy lifted my spirits! ✨
A powerful reminder of what truly matters.

How perfect was it to go to the Charity Ball for Children here the day after learning about someone you care about becoming an Angel?

Driving in, I was in awe of the as it was new to me. I felt so grateful for the flow of the Universe, offering space to reflect on the legacy of loved ones. As I found out many people shared that experience right now. They all seem to be lifted with this thought when I shared it!

I was touched (eternally & internally) by an Angel. The Lady that showed up & dresses up differently each time was so perfect right now. Thank you!
