OK I blew the disk out between C5-6 in my neck. It's been a problem for years and finally went out completely. Turns out it's the reason for my life long erratic blood pressure problems, heart palpitations, strange pulse, and about 5 pages more. Look it up. Soooo I will not be baking or anything else for at least 6 months, and might not even return to baking for others. I will be shutting down my pages and leaving Face Book for a bit in a week or two. I have been pushing too hard since my hip replacement and my heart attacks this year and I think it's God's way of making me slow down and pull all of my irons out of the fire.
