Millie's Sweet Eats - Gluten Free Bakery Specializing in Gluten Free Bakes Welcome! Millie has dreamed of opening her own bakery for as long as we can remember! We love trying new things!!

Being diagnosed with Celiac and having dealt with it all of her 8 years of life, she has acquired quite the passion for gluten free baking. She loves to spend time in the kitchen and is always asking to try new recipes. We have spent countless hours of trial and error, with lots of delicious outcomes and many that find their way in the trash. But, no matter the outcome, at the end of the day Milli

e still LOVES to bake. That being said, she would like to try her hand at the business side of things. We will be starting out small, offering only a select few items. Because Millie (and her sister and dad) has Celiac, our bakes are always gluten free!
