📲 Weekly pre-orders - click ‘Pre-Orders’ under Links tab My name is Devon Wright and I have entered on this journey of fresh-milled baked goods because I am passionate about REAL food, that is wholesome and truly nourishing. I am proud of the baked breads I have been providing to

my family and now want to extend that reach to the local community. Somewhere along the way, nourishment became secondary to speed and convenience. I found myself craving something simpler and more honest, food made with care, intention, and ingredients you can trust. I work with fresh-milled whole grains and traditional methods, making small-batch baked goods that prioritize quality over shortcuts. Fresh-milling isn’t fast or easy, but it preserves the character of the grain and creates food that feels grounding and real. That matters to me. This bakery is also woven into the life I’m building, homeschooling my kids, raising my youngest at home, and choosing work that aligns with my values instead of pulling me away from them. My hope is that Wright Grain & Dough Co. becomes a small but meaningful part of the community it serves: food made thoughtfully, shared intentionally, and rooted in care.

Our well loved pizza crusts have inspired me to make the seasoning blend I use on the pizzas, available for purchase.

I slow smoke the black lava sea salt and toast my own garlic granules for MAX flavor! Everything is organic and free of any anti-caking agents that are in most of your store bought seasonings.

✨SHARE THIS SLICING SECRET✨

I typically use a pre-formed bread slicer to slice my bread BUT sometimes I don’t feel pulling the thing out and just want it sliced and in the fridge.

📣Flip that bread on its side and slice away! I don’t know why, but the slices are always much straighter and more uniform.

•P.s. … no gloves because this our own loaf of bread we’re eating 🙊

🌯FRESH-MILLED FLOUR TORTILLAS

These tortillas came about as a special request and took a few recipes to get them just right. I even surprised myself with these since I am more of a corn tortilla fan.

Made with my own cultured buttermilk and local tallow from 3D Cattle Co.
