I'm super excited to share my new and delicious *original recipe* Gluten Free AND Keto Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies! I've been testing and tweaking this recipe for months to make sure I could offer you a chewy chocolatey, melt-in-your-mouth cookie that would take you back to your own grandma's kitchen! I received thumbs up from my own grandkiddos and that's good enough for me!!

I haven't forgotten about you all! I hope you haven't forgotten about me either! It's been a very long several months while caring for my mother. It's a long and exhausting journey which required me to set aside my baking for a bit. I'm doing my best to find balance between caring for her and caring for me. If you've been down this road, you understand.
